According to the material requirements to adjust the speed and the amount of feed (pipe diameter, pipe wall thickness needs to be low speed, small amount of feed, and vice versa, the need for high speed, large amount of feed (≤ 0.15mm)).

5. When the machine is turned on, the cutter and the workpiece keep 4-6mm distance to avoid feeding into the workpiece is not straight and the cutter collision.

6. During operation, pay attention to whether the clamping device is loose, not to open the safety guard.

7 abnormalities found during operation, should immediately cut off the power supply, notify the relevant departments for maintenance and inspection, to be troubleshooting before continuing operations.

8 Cut off the power supply of the equipment after the end of the work, remove the slag, clean the machine body, clean the surrounding environment to cultivate health.

9. Operators in the operation according to the provisions of the wear labor supplies, female workers are strictly prohibited to wear long hair to operate the use of this equipment.
